O’Brien Group is excited to offer an opportunity to join our Corporate Food and Beverage team at The Gabba for the upcoming Cricket Season. This casual role offers flexible working hours, including weekday evenings and weekends.

You will have the opportunity to work across major events such as the Carreras and Friends Concert, T20 Internationals and the Big Bash League, as well as many other exciting events throughout the year!  

We’re looking for energetic, dynamic individuals who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences in our exclusive corporate spaces. To succeed in this role, you will have previous hospitality or customer service experience, strong communication skills, and a genuine commitment to creating exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

 

Available Positions:

  • Barista
  • Bar (18+)
  • Suite Steward (18+)
  • Box Steward (18+)
  • Function Steward (18+)
  • Food Runner
  • Cashiers

 

About You:

  • Previous hospitality or customer service experience
  • Experience with POS systems is a bonus
  • Current nationally recognised RSA Certificate (required for 18+ positions)
  • Well-presented with excellent grooming standards
  • Outstanding communication skills and a customer-first attitude
  • Valid right to work in Australia
