About the Role

As a Food & Beverage Team Leader, you will support the day-to-day operation of food and beverage services across GMHBA Stadium. Working closely with operational and culinary teams, you’ll help lead staff, coordinate service delivery, and ensure guests receive a high-quality hospitality experience at every event.

This role suits someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys leading by example, and is passionate about customer service and team success.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support front-of-house food and beverage teams during events and functions
  • Deliver high standards of customer service and operational excellence
  • Assist with the coordination and execution of functions and stadium events
  • Collaborate with kitchen and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Maintain compliance with workplace health, safety, and food hygiene standards
  • Support stock and equipment management to ensure operational efficiency

 

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Previous experience in hospitality, ideally in a supervisory or team leadership role
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • A hands-on, proactive approach and ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
  • A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Current RSA certification (essential)
  • Food safety and first aid certifications (desirable)
