O’Brien Group is thrilled to welcome new team members to our retail Food & Beverage team at The Gabba for the upcoming AFL season, as we proudly host back-to-back Premiers, The Brisbane Lions. This casual role offers flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends. We’re looking for energetic, reliable, and motivated individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional experiences to our patrons. To succeed in this role, you will bring previous hospitality or customer service experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

About You

To be successful in this casual position you will:

• Have previous experience in hospitality and/or events industry
• Previous experience in a customer service environment
• Previous experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems.
• Hold a current nationally recognised Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate, required for bar roles
• Ability to work varying shifts including nights, weekdays, weekends and public holidays
• A high level of personal grooming and presentation.
• Excellent communication skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
• Have a valid right to work in Australia
