The O'Brien Group is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity to join our Food and Beverage team at The Gabba for the upcoming Cricket season, where we’ll be hosting the cricket’s oldest rivalry The Ashes, Big Bash League and T20 International.

This casual role provides flexible working hours, including weekday evenings and weekend shifts. We’re on the lookout for energetic, individuals who thrive on delivering top‑tier guest experiences in our exclusive corporate environments. If you're passionate about elevating every interaction and making a memorable impact, we’d love to meet you.

About You

To be successful in this casual position you will:

  • Have previous experience in hospitality industry.
  • Previous experience in a customer service environment.
  • Previous experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems.
  • Hold a current nationally recognised Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
  • Ability to work varying shifts including nights, weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.
  • A high level of personal grooming and presentation.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Have a valid right to work in Australia.
