Casual Food & Beverage Staff | People First Stadium

 

About the Role

O’Brien Group are excited to be offering the opportunity for you to join our Corporate Food & Beverage Team at People First Stadium. We are looking for highly motivated and hard-working individuals to be involved in our current season of hosting AFL and other exciting events at the stadium

 

Current Available Positions:

 

  • Corporate Function and Suite Stewards
  • Food Servers and Cashiers
  • Food Supervisors
  • Short Order Cooks (Fry Cooks)

 

About You

You will have a love for hospitality and a background in Food, Beverage and events operations, preferably from hospitality, events or waitressing. The ideal candidate will have a passion to contribute to O’Brien Group Australia’s drive to deliver high-quality customer service at People First Stadium.

 

Key Requirements

  • Experience in corporate/formal events (Corporate role)
  • Experience in food handling and serving
  • Comfortable operating deep fryers and ovens (Short order cook only)
  • Experience in formal dining (5-star service and restaurants/bars) (Corporate role)
  • Comfortable in carrying 3 plates and experience in tray service (Corporate role)
  • Always maintain a high standard of personal presentation
  • Previous experience with customer service
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team setting
  • Available to work the below dates:
      • Saturday 1st November
      • Thursday 6th of November

 

More dates to be announced! There is also opportunity to work across our other stadiums in Brisbane (Suncorp Stadium and The Gabba).
