About the Role

We are on the lookout for passionate and energetic hospitality professionals to join our casual catering team. This role is ideal for someone looking to build their experience in event catering, sporting hospitality, and functions, all while being part of a vibrant and supportive team.

Your responsibilities will include kitchen prep, basic cooking, serving, clearing and other F&B duties as required. You will work across a range of events, including birthday parties, corporate & sporting functions, and major ice hockey games during the AIHL season.

This position requires availability for weekly Saturday shifts (minimum), most Sundays, and additional shifts as required, especially during the AIHL season and peak event periods.

What We’re Looking For

• Commercial Cookery qualification or kitchen experience
• Previous function or events experience highly regarded
• A strong understanding of food safety and WHS standards
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
• Excellent communication skills and a can-do attitude
• A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering great guest experiences
