About the Opportunity

We are seeking experienced Sous Chefs, Chef de Parties, and higher-level culinary professionals to lead and inspire teams in our premium game-day function rooms. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, take pride in delivering exceptional dining experiences, and want to be part of one of Queensland’s top stadium venues, we would be keen to hear from you!

As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work across high-profile events, including AFL matches, major concerts, cricket, and exclusive corporate functions throughout 2025 at People First Stadium.

 

About You

Successful applicants will be self-motivated and passionate with a broad range of food knowledge and skills who take pride in providing excellence on every plate.

 

What we are looking for:

  • Proven leadership in a high-volume, high-end kitchen.
  • Strong culinary skills with a passion for quality and creativity.
  • Ability to lead and inspire small teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to food safety and excellence on every plate.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

 

Chef Requirements: 

  • Trade qualifications (Certificate III or higher in Commercial Cookery)
  • Sous Chef level or above experience
  • Food Safety Certificate
  • Experience in large-scale function dining and corporate catering.
