We’re currently seeking a passionate Casual Chef to join our vibrant retail kitchen team.

• Casual position, averaging 5 days per week.
• Hours would be: Non-Game Day from 7am till 2:30pm, and event days as required.
• Two to three days per week dedicated to preparing food items for the retail space.
• Remainder of the week will focus on catering and/or loading dock duties, ensuring smooth operations during events.
• Flexible shift patterns with a focus on day shifts.

About You

We are seeking a fully qualified Chef with experience working in fast-paced, high-volume kitchens who is looking for a role that offers day shifts. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to manage time effectively, with a keen attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency.

A reliable, professional, and collaborative team player, you will enjoy working in a proactive, fast-moving environment where no two days are the same. Passionate about creating quality food and delivering exceptional service, you will contribute to our commitment to excellence.

Key Requirements:

• Assist in preparing and cooking a variety of food items for retail food outlets within the stadium, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Willing and able to train all staff on new and existing menu items, portion control etc.
• Work efficiently under pressure during events, maintaining a high standard to ensure quality food items
• Assist with the logistics team on the loading dock, ensuring that food and supplies are ready for event days.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of Prep kitchen and service areas, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
