About the Opportunity

We are currently looking for a Venue Supervisor to join our team casually at Club Laverton. We need someone who is dependable, driven, and committed to excellent customer service. Our club operates 7 days a week, so we require applicants who can work a flexible schedule, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

As a motivated and experienced Venue Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Club Laverton. This includes ensuring smooth processes, upholding high standards of customer service, and leading a team of club staff. This role presents an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact within our dynamic team and contribute to the success of Club Laverton.

 

About You

We are seeking a proactive individual with strong leadership skills and a genuine passion for creating memorable experiences for our guests, and must have the following:

  • A current Victorian RSA Certificate and a current RSG certificate.
  • Who has previous experience in the Hospitality Industry.
  • Has experience with Point of Sale (POS) and EFTPOS.
  • Has a professional “can do” attitude with the ability to work unsupervised.
  • Has previous experience and sound knowledge of all gaming machine regulations, compliance, operations, and procedures.
  • Current Victorian Gaming and TAB Licence.
  • Immediate positions available for the right candidates who meet the criteria.
  • Bistro/restaurant experience preferred but not required.
  • Available to work morning, afternoons, nights and weekends.
  • We do encourage a work/life balance environment and endeavour to roster every 3rd weekend off.
