We are looking for reliable, highly motivated, and passionate casual Chefs and Cooks who can contribute to and enhance food preparation at both Suncorp Stadium and The Gabba. As a member of the Suncorp Stadium and The Gabba kitchen team, you will work in several different areas of the kitchen ranging from food preparation to fine dining functions. Successful applicants will have the opportunity to be a part of the casual food preparation team for weekend-based shifts.

 To be successful you must have:

• 5 years or more experience working in commercial venues/event catering.
• A hands-on approach to the daily operations of working in busy kitchen environments.
• Ability to work with limited supervision.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• HACCP food safety knowledge.
• The ability to take direction and work in a team.
• The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Trade Qualifications (Chefs only).
