About the Opportunity

Roles available include the following:

• Food Cashiers
• Food Servery
• Cooks
• Bar Cashiers
• Box/Suite Attendants
• Bar Servery
• Baristas
• Logistics Staff
• We also have Supervisor roles available for those experienced in leading hospitality teams!

Experience is preferred but not required. We have on the job training and support for all roles and welcome those who are new to the workforce. 

We are also hiring for Kitchen Staff including Kitchenhands, Pantry-hands and Chefs.

As part of our team, you will work across exciting events including AFL/AFLW games, NRL, cricket, concerts, and other special events during the year!

Skills we want to see for our Food & Beverage Attendants:

• Excellent communication skills and a strong focus on customer service.
• Flexible availability and commitment to working a variety of shifts including weekday evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• High level of personal grooming and presentation.

 Skills we want to see for our Kitchen Hand, Pantry-hand and Chef Staff:

• A hands-on approach to the daily operations of working in busy kitchen environments.
• Ability to work with limited supervision.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Trade Qualifications (Chefs only).
• HACCP food safety knowledge (Chefs only).
